We were looking for a new SUV but wanted some specific features on it. They didn't have it at the moment but early on a Saturday morning we got a call from a salesperson, Grant, that one had arrived fresh features on it. There were already people wanting to test-drive it that day so we hurried in to see it and bought it! He had listened to what we were looking for, let us know before it was even unloaded that he found one and drove it home that night!
