We went to a dealership in Fayetteville and were shown some old trade-ins that were pretty beat up for the price we needed. At the end the salesmen told us that we were looking for a "Unicorn". We then drove straight to your dealership to look at a car she had seen online and met Mark Jones. He was very helpful and not only did we purchase a car"Unicorn" for our daughter, my husband walked away with an older truck for himself. The only complaint I have is that we were told the previous owner was suppose to return the spare key for my daughter's car to the dealership and after multiple phone calls we did not get the key and my last calls were not returned. The service would've been perfect if the key situation could be resolved. Those keys are expensive and I would love for her not to have to buy a spare. More

Purchase a used GMC Sierra I arrived at Everett Buick GMC of Bentonville and was greeted by Ed who I had talked to on the phone about a used GMC. Gave me poor advice on terminating my lease early I was given some bad advice from the sales rep who indicated that I would receive a trade in credit for the purposes of reporting sales tax if I purch I was given some bad advice from the sales rep who indicated that I would receive a trade in credit for the purposes of reporting sales tax if I purchased my car outright from the lease then traded it in. Turns out, the State disallowed that and ended up costing almost $2,000 more for my sales tax. I realize these folks are not sales tax experts, but I'd expect that they've been thru this process in the past and would have given better advice. Tried reaching out several times for a response, and never received a call back. More
