Car had bad transmission We bought a 2017 Enclave with less that 3,000 miles online. They delivered it to us in northern Kansas-very nice driver. He told us that at certain speeds, there was a lot of vibration--like rumble strips on the edge of the road. We totally had trusted Mark, so didn't even drive it. When we did, we knew we had a big problem. Service department at nearby GM dealer was great. It took 3 trips and was finally solved with a new transmission. We were driving loaner cars for weeks. Mark said that they did not know there was a problem, and maybe he didn't, but someone should have test driven the car enough to spot a major problem. More

I had always admired the classier designs of GMC trucks, as compared to everything else out there. I met Mark Jones and he showed me what the 2015 GMC Canyons had to offer, as compared to the old-worn-out styling of the Tacoma. I was impressed & had to test drive one. Mark made sure I was aware of the many features available, and that I could order one built pretty much like I wanted. So I did! I've been happy with my 2015 Canyon - fully loaded, w/ 6-ft bed, Bose stereo, chrome, 4-whl. drive, leather, 302 -hp V-6 (that really moves), electric seats, 8-inch touch screen(including full screen back-up camera view, and much more! Mark was very helpful all the way thru the process of ordering this truck, seeing that it was fully prepped for me upon receipt of it, and followed up with me later too.
