My wife and I went in, went for a test drive sat down, and worked the deal. Just as simply said, moments later he came back with keys, thoroughly explained my documents and we were driving off the lot in our new used vehicle! The finance manager Justin Bradford is very transparent and cordial and staff blew me away as well. No matter if your there for an oil change or purchasing a car, the staff are friendly and understand your time is valuable. They are SUPER in getting you a loaner if the wait is longer than anticipated if your servicing your vehicle. The facility is very clean and the waiting room is roomy. My children enjoy the complimentary Chick-fil-A/ donuts in the morning and the botttled water/soda available all day with the occasional cookies served. John Riggs is an exceptional Salesman and I suggest you ask for his expertise in purchasing a automobile but I'm sure all are very knowledgeable if he is unavailable if serving another customer. In my experience, you will not get a better deal anywhere else (trust me, I do my research) and you always feel appreciated at the closing of the deal as Thom (Manager) always makes sure he shakes your hand and thanks you for you're business.
