Manrique was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with but was busy when it came time to complete the paperwork he was tied up with another customer. The manager that helped us gave us what turned out to be inaccurate information in regards to manufacturer warranty and certification. After two weeks of going back and forth with him and the general manager the dealership agreed to honor the warranty that was actually invalid from the manufacturer. Also, I told them I wanted the vehicle on a 66 month loan and when the manager brought the paperwork it said 72 months, he assured me the loan officer could fix this when I went back to talk to him, he was not able to change it back without having to redo everything. When we test drove the vehicle we found a crack in the windshield, which they replaced and after we got home the AC didn’t work correctly. The sales department had to pay for the AC as well and this is how we found out the warranty wasn’t what we were told. We had signed paperwork for the warranty as well. After two weeks of daily calling everything is worked out. They met the price we needed and the salesman was wonderful, this is why I recommend buying a vehicle here.. just triple check everything out! More

Dissapointed with service transition to McClarty Daniel I purchased a new vehicle from Everett and negotiated free oil changes. I dropped off my vehicle today and was told with the transition to McClarty I purchased a new vehicle from Everett and negotiated free oil changes. I dropped off my vehicle today and was told with the transition to McClarty Daniel they would not honor any previous service agreements. Additionally, the $10 oil changes are now $40. The free oil changes offered thru Everett was the determining factor for me when I purchased my car thru Everett instead of Superior. I am very disappointed with the transition from Everett to Landers McClarty. I will not buy a vehicle through them and will take my car elsewhere for service moving forward. I do not blame my service contact Leo, it isn't his fault. My frustration comes from the service policy decision made by Landers McClarty. More

We are from Colorado and the experience over email and the phone with Ed was excellent. No surprises it was seamless. He did a great job of explaining the features of the car and showing us how they worked. He helped us get things set up so an A + for ED. The other personnel at the dealership were great also. The only negative experience was when dealing with the finance guy. (I don't remember his name) He started off cordial, offered us several options for care plans and service warranties. When we declined the offers he tried again but we didn't feel the need for any of the plans, so we politely declined. That's the point it changed. His attitude changed abruptly. He became coarse with us, rude and blunt. Kind of like a baby pouting. Frankly it was insulting. If it hadn't been for my wife being in the room I would have called him out on it. I have been in sales for 30 years and I understand that he wanted to make the sale, but come on grow up. Anyway other then this one thing all went well. I will call Ed the next time we are looking for a vehicle but I will not work with this finance guy again. Sincerely Scott Pearcey More
Not legal off the lot I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Everett. I drove it off the lot and on the way home my 2 year old daughter started saying ants.... there were I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Everett. I drove it off the lot and on the way home my 2 year old daughter started saying ants.... there were ants EVERYWHERE under the carpet in the back seat, on the back seat, all over her..... we stopped and bought some ant killer spray. Sprayed it down and vacuumed as many as we could out of the pickup and continued towards home. Then it got dark and we realized we couldn’t see anything with the low beams on and hardly at all with high beams on. There were aftermarket headlights on the truck. After debating getting a room and going back to Benton to try get the problem resolved We decided to press on towards home with the fog lights on..... We live in Fort Collins Colorado so it was going to be a long drive. after getting home we thought we would be able to squash the problem once we called them. They sent us 200 check to remedy the problem. We bought head light housings for around 200 and installed them only to find that they too wouldn’t adjust up so we could see more than 20 feet. After we brought the truck to a Chevy dealership in Colorado they advised us to replace both head lights with GM product to make the issue right it was going to cost about 500 a piece. I called Everett again and they pretty much said they can’t do anything about it. They cant eat 1000 dollars to right a wrong that should have been corrected before even placing the vehicle on the ant infested lot. Makes me sick. More

No other service advisor worked with us. More
