Josh showed us the new GM lineup but eventually helped us settle into a pre-own from another maker that fit our desires and budget. Our next purchase was a gift for my father out of town and Josh made the process easy. He quickly found the model, features, and color we were looking for and our time spent at the dealership was very minimal. The deal even finished below budget and we were able to surprise him on his birthday. Communication was a hybrid of text, calls, and emails during our search which was most convenient for our busy schedules.
