The advisor was then unable to locate the request and had to hand write the requested services again. Several hours later, I was notified that my vehicle was ready. When I inquired about what had been fixed, only 1 of the 3 listed items was even looked at. The entire staff has changed and everyone seems to be inexperienced. I’ve now switched to Crain and asked they recheck the recall work performed. More

Above and beyond We purchased a used Ford Escape. The a/c was not working properly. Our salesperson, Brad, went above and beyond what we would expect from an "as is" c We purchased a used Ford Escape. The a/c was not working properly. Our salesperson, Brad, went above and beyond what we would expect from an "as is" car deal. Not only did he make sure the a/c was fixed, he had brake pads and new tires put on at no additional charge. Also had it detailed to showroom new. From the time we walked in the door till we were driving away with our "new" car, we were treated great. Will be back when it's time for another vehicle.
