The title paper work was stressful to get threw. For not purchasing vehicles very often I was surprised that a lean release was needed on our trade in to get the toy for my new truck a check list for customers trading in there current vehicle on what is needed for a smooth experience would be helpful. I mailed title as requested but not sure if you ever got it. Once I sent email showing lean release it was finally processed and got my title the next day. Your office seemed unconcerned with the need to get titles taken care of.
