It had been a rough first year with the service department after purchasing my new Mazda CX90, however now that Riley is there a turn-a-round has occurred within the service department! He has made some changes and holds the service reps. and techs accountable, his leadership has created a better atmosphere not only for the Mazda employees but also for the customers.
