My daughter has a service animal. She called for warranty work & she was told that they would provide a loaner vehicle. She mentioned beforehand that she had a service dog. The day sh She called for warranty work & she was told that they would provide a loaner vehicle. She mentioned beforehand that she had a service dog. The day she was there to drop car off, she asked where the loaner car was & she was told that the loaner vehicles were privately owned & that they did not have to provide her a loaner because she had a dog & that ADA laws did not apply to privately owned vehicles. So, lets get this straight.... A multi-million dollar dealership denies someone with a disability a loaner vehicle because of a medicaally required service animal & claim that the cars are privately owned? Sounds like xxxxxxxx to me. Now, her car has over 130K miles & she took it in per MAZDA corporate to have a known bad design (cracked head). We were told that this was a known issue since 2016 (her's is a 2019 CX9). McKinney had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks. My daughter could not get a returned phone call in a timely manner. When we picked the vehicle up, she was told not to come back because she complained about the service charges on warranty work. This was not the first run in I have had with McKinney, I tried to purchase my older daughter a Dodge Durango and also had a miserable experience. They wanted to play a numbers game. Raised the price of the car when I stated I had already gotten financing. Needless to say, we will never go back to McKinney for anything. More
Originally went to Fields Mazda in Asheville, NC. NOT a good experience. Andres Pachon was the best car salesman I have delt with in a long time. No pressure, no trying to sneak in added fees, just NOT a good experience. Andres Pachon was the best car salesman I have delt with in a long time. No pressure, no trying to sneak in added fees, just straight honest answers to my questions. Ended up with a very good deal. It was a two hour trip to get to McKinney Mazda but WELL worth the trip!
