The truck I bought was the only one like it in four states. I talked to Paul Thomas for ten days on the phone working on the details of the sail before driving 5 hours too pick it up. They made what had the potential to be a bad experience ( negotiating on a sight unseen vehicle 250 mi away and out of state) relatively painless. The staff was friendly and helpfull. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them and I am pleased with their sales staff. The only bad thing that I have to say is that when I picked up my Jeep it had wax residue on some of the plastic trim ... I had told the salesman on the night of the signing that I had seen seen the wax and expected it to be cleaned off before I picked the vehicle up. When I picked up the vehicle I had to wait for the clean up shop to do what should have already been done. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep to my friends. More

Paul Thomas came out that afternoon and met us, showed us the Jeeps that we were interested in, told us all about all the features. You could not ask for a more knowledgable salesperson.We were very surprised to see we could purchase a New Jeep for only a little more than the used ones we had looked at. Thinking that we knew what we wanted we came back the on our afternoon off. Everyone was very friendly. Paul was the most patient person, we tried out three Jeeps before we decided on one we wanted to purchase.
