The staff was friendly and helpfull. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them and I am pleased with their sales staff. The only bad thing that I have to say is that when I picked up my Jeep it had wax residue on some of the plastic trim ... I had told the salesman on the night of the signing that I had seen seen the wax and expected it to be cleaned off before I picked the vehicle up. When I picked up the vehicle I had to wait for the clean up shop to do what should have already been done.
