We are very particular about the dealerships we deal with since moving to SC 7 years ago from NJ. These are the nicest people with the the most sincere values of any people in the car business. We could easily buy a car closer to home in Seneca....but we choose McKinney for their staff and friendly service. That is difficult to find in the car business. Daniel Black is a gentleman and Mike Henry is probably the nicest guy we have ever met in the car business. We we go there it's like family....can't say more than that! More

The service and courteousness of the salesmen were good enough but the pressure for me to make a deal prematurely made me feel uneasy. Based on the Kelly Blue Book trade in price for the vehicle, it could enough but the pressure for me to make a deal prematurely made me feel uneasy. Based on the Kelly Blue Book trade in price for the vehicle, it could be reasonably assumed that according to the asking price, the dealership stood to make a large profit if they paid anywhere near the blue book trade in value. Too much shell game tactics. I would rather deal next time where all cards are on the table and no haggling - a different approach to pricing vehicles. I still paid over the blue book suggested retail but am satisfied that the price was still in an acceptable range. I think Paul done a plenty good enough job given the play book he has to go by. He excibited patience like Job. More

Paul Thomas and Daniel Black were unbelievable in helping me purchase my new car. I had fell on some hard times in the recent past and messed my credit up. I recently had a new son born and my soon to be wife's car was in the shop every other week. At first I didn't get approved for the new car, but they worked on this for me all day and made it happen. We are VERY happy with evrything. I WILL do business here again in the future, and will recommend these guys to anyone I know looking for a new car. Having already bought two cars from McKinney, we preferred to stay with them when purchasing our now current vehicle. We were needing to upgrade to a larger vehicle. After looking at both the Dodge preferred to stay with them when purchasing our now current vehicle. We were needing to upgrade to a larger vehicle. After looking at both the Dodge Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country, we decided to go with the Town & Country. I was not very impressed with the amount of selection, but we were satisfied with one of the two choices that were on the lot. Paul was nice enough. He did try and push us a little too much toward the Caravan even though we weren't happy with the Caravan selection. As far as price goes, we weren't exactly thrilled. We knew we would paying more for the Chrysler, but we also felt we should have gotten more for our trade-in. It was in very good condition with very minor dings and scratches, and ALL the maintenance had been done at McKinney and was up-to-date. The amount they gave us for the trade-in was about $2000 under what Kelly Blue Book had said for a trade-in because McKinney apparently goes by auction price rather than KBB. We also felt that since we were three-peat customers who had excellent credit ratings and always go to McKinney for our service needs, we should have been given a little better price. Even though we were not thrilled with the price, we do absolutely LOVE our Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L. Our kids love it as well, and we are looking forward to driving it for many years to come. More
