We have never met a salesman like Alex; that takes the time to understand our situation, appreciate our position and make sure we felt welcome and gave us the confidence we would get the best deal we could possibly hope for; our business, as he explained how McKinney worked and that we would get all the dealer discount, all the rebates and the best price for our Silverado, even though they are a Dodge dealer, they (McKinney) wanted our business and would do what was necessary to earn the business within reason, showed us the differences between our Silverado and the RAM and was honest where the Silverado was superior. The dealership is exceptionally lucky to have him, because if he hadn't walked over to us as we were walking from the 3/4 Ton trucks, we would NEVER be considering purchasing from McKinney. Why? The previous salesman, Chuck (from his picture, he never gave his name) was very bad, he came over to us and instead of talking to us about the trucks (he never asked really why we were there, we were just walking by the Darts at the front of the dealership) we were interested in, he just started speaking about a Dodge Dart, didn't bother to ask us our name, had no knowledge about the 3/4 ton truck after we directed our questions to that and after we said we were not in a position to buy today dismissed us within 30 seconds and moved onto another couple that had pulled into the lot, which we found highly rude and offensive. Owing to our experience with Chuck, we didn't give Alex any of our details and it further impressed us that even given how cold we were, he was warm and made us feel that not only did the dealership appreciate us coming there, he really did as well. We will be over next week to buy from him, we just wanted everyone to know if you want to get a RAM, go see Alex and avoid Chuck! More

All the other reps were great also as they all worked to get the car out of the showroom so we could go on our way ASAP. Finance was quick, easy and great. More

Patient Salesmen Went to test drive the Mazda 6 and CX-5 on a Saturday. The salesmen were nice and patient and not pushy at all. A great buying expierence,Andy Vacha is awesome! I originally went to McKinney to look at a used 07 Toyota Tundra,But they had sold it a day prior to me arriving,Turns out they had two more Tundra's I originally went to McKinney to look at a used 07 Toyota Tundra,But they had sold it a day prior to me arriving,Turns out they had two more Tundra's available and Andy Vacha took me and my wife around the lot to view them.One had been on the lot already and one was just traded in the day before.Andy was very upfront and honest with me on both models and didn't try to push me one way or the other,even when I looked at a few Rams on the lot he still was honest even though it is a Dodge dealer .Andy was a pleasure to work with and the whole staff was friendly throughout the whole dealership.After I had settled on my truck,an 08 Tundra,Andy proposed a deal to trade on a new Ram for my wife,He knew our budget and he and Gene in financing were able to work out a deal that fit our price range,all this was done right at closing time for the dealership,and every employee stayed until we drove off the lot satisfied,around 10 pm!An hour after they closed!We received very fair offers on the trades and were able to get great financing,I highly recommend McKinney dodge for a used or new car purchase. The only negative I can really say was about the service department,Since I had purchased a used truck that hadn't been serviced yet I would have to bring it back when a few minor replacement parts arrived.No big deal.I was originally told it would take two to three days for them to arrive,well two weeks went by and I still haven't heard from the service department.I contacted Andy and he went to service and the parts had arrived and Kevin gave me a call to set up a time for me to drop off my truck.It was due for a new air filter,new tpms sensor and the rear door needed a part replaced. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning at around 930 am and was offered a loaner car but I didn't think I would need it.I arrived back at the dealership at around 4 and the truck still wasn't ready.I was given a loaner car for free which was great,and was told my truck would need to be taken to the Toyota dealership to be fixed and it would be ready the next day.I got a phone call at 330 pm stating the truck had just been dropped off at the dealership and wouldn't be ready until the next day,It was finally done around noon on Thursday and they detailed and washed it for me,which was nice and I drove it home,when I arrived home I did a walk around,which I guess I should have done at the dealership,because the two front valve stem caps had been left off of my tires.A minor thing I know but makes you wonder what else they forgot,and in fairness it could have been the Toyota dealer that forgot the valve stem caps.Kevin was easy to deal with and was friendly and responsive.All in all we are very satisfied.
