We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, it would seem you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Chrysler used to reimburse it's dealers for filling gas tanks, but they changed the policy. At this time, they only allow 7 gallons of gas with each vehicle. McKinney Dodge does go above and beyond these standards by offering the addition of a gas card on newly purchased vehicles. We are sorry if you did not find the gas level in your vehicle acceptable, but we do try our best to accommodate our customers. It is unfortunate when something like the trade in payoff interferes with a customers' experience and opinion of our dealership. There is a 10 day payoff required because of the processing/bank funding time. Obviously, in this case, we did not get a correct 10 day payoff.
