The sales staff, including our primary salesperson, Mike Henry, was very friendly and helpful during my initial call to the dealership and our two visits to the lot leading up to our purchase. From shopping to negotiation to finalizing the deal, there was a noticeable absence of sales games or pressure. Ours was simply the way a sales transaction should go, and we received what we felt was a reasonable deal. Since the sale, the folks at McKinney have remained responsive, both in getting a rebate processed quickly for us and in arranging to have a couple of minor issues that popped up with our new car addressed. McKinney left us with a very favorable impression. More
