To your point, since car dealers only sell someone else's product, the business is a very competitive one. Why should you buy from one dealership over another? That is the question at hand. We are confident we are very good at what we do and will accommodate you as the customer to the utmost of our abilities. But, again, to your point, the price is the motivating factor more times than not these days. Sometimes, our "human" gets in the way. We are not just machines issuing prices and if it's good, buy - if not, then don't. We want to earn your business. We will work hard to earn your business, but in the face of Price being the only deciding factor, sometimes our frustration shows through. I am sorry this was the case the night you were here. We are taught that car sales is a "now" business. So we do strive the "close the deal" when opportunity is knocking. Sometimes we can be a little over zealous! I am sorry if we seemed pushy or overbearing. We always want to be seen in the best light. I want to reiterate, we will work very hard to earn and keep your business, if you want to continue the conversation."

In previous visits to your dealership I can say I was treated fairly.Maybe in the future you can prove that the customer matters to you and we're not just a sale. For the record Brent did an exceptional job answering our questions, and we would have liked to have purchased the vehicle from him. Let's just chalk this up to lessons learned and move on.
