More than just a dealership!! I came to the dealership around 645pm, just look at the vehicle, I had seen online earlier. I had no interest in buying a car that night, nor within I came to the dealership around 645pm, just look at the vehicle, I had seen online earlier. I had no interest in buying a car that night, nor within a few days. Riley came and spoke with me, answering all my questions and even laughed we me. He knew I wouldn't be buying that night, but it didn't change how friendly and personable he was. He stayed outside talking to me about the car and such for nearly 45 minutes, and gave me his card as I was about to leave. His genuine regard for my questions, concerns & random stresses about buying really set him and McKinney Dodge apart from any dealer I've ever dealt with (and I've bought a few cars before). Needless to say, I went home that night really impressed, and my husband and I came back the following evening & bought the car!! The price was what it stated, and he even went the extra mile to get me the best deal on my trade-in! There were no extra frills, hidden fees, or anything!! Very honest & staging forward!! Riley and his team even stayed past close to get us in the new car and see us out safely!! I WILL recommend this deal ship & Riley to EVERYONE!! And will definitely purchase from them exclusively in the future!! It's hard to find an honest salesman that cares more about his/her customer(s), than getting a sale! Awesome job guys!! Five stars!! Dealer Shenanigans My wife and I stopped in on to look over the Grand Cherokee inventory. We were met by an eager salesman who was very thourgh with explaining the vehicle. We advised these guys what we were looking to accomplish and how much we wanted to spend. Dealership wouldn't give us any kind of figures without pulling credit. I can understand this position but we couldn't even get a ballpark number. Decided to do the credit app and was given numbers that were ridiculous. When the closer named Paul Thomas came out to discuss the deal he accused us of shopping his price and because we wouldn't buy tonight the negotiated price was no longer valid. This may work with some people but in my neck of the woods people have the right to contemplate their purchase. If it's a good buy the customer will return. Of course we wanted to get the best price.All these dealerships do is sell someone else's product,they have no investment in building or designing the vehicle.Any Warranty repair cost is payed for by the factory and doesnt come out of the dealers pocket.Low bidder gets the sale,unless you can show why buying from you will benefit me in some way.Don't get upset at the customer for doing their homework and being informed or is it because you have nothing to show for why I should do business with you. Not a proper way to earn my business. Good Luck guys. More
