Martina was a wonderful dealer! My Dad decided to take myself and my daughter to a few dealerships while my fiancé was at work. We had saved $3000 to put down because my credit was in the fair range. I was very impressed with the way my dealer handled my questions because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Her name is Martina and not only did she do a great job fitting my family to a wonderful vehicle but she also gave me a lot of great advice on how to help improve my credit. I definitely recommend her as ur dealer. She wasn't responsible for my APR percentage which I'm not happy with because that is the finance DEPT so make sure u do ur homework on that before u go. All in all we had a fast and so far painless experience. I will update this website when I take my car for service though because I found a rust spot with it being 2 days old and I have to address that. I wanted to note that 6 months prior to this recent trip myself and my fiancé went there to look at Used Vehicles. Although the man that helped us was nice enough he showed us a vehicle that wouldn't even start. We had to sit thru 2hrs of grueling chitchat just to find out there wasn't a way for them to help us with only $1500.00 to put down. I wouldn't have went back except my Dad thought we should try again since we wanted a Jeep. I'm extremely thankful we were able to find Martina because not only was she funny and kind but she showed me 8 Vehicles the first day and when I came back the next day she had 4 more for me to try until I found the one I wanted! That's awesome customer service! More

Won't waste any more time with you if your not a sure profit Martina was very rude to us the last time we dealt with her. She would only text us on the phone even though we asked her to call us and we called her Martina was very rude to us the last time we dealt with her. She would only text us on the phone even though we asked her to call us and we called her she would not answer or return our calls. she told us in text message we needed a cosigner and we texted back we couldn't get one at this time - i guess she didn't want to bother speaking with us on the phone like we requested- it was very rude and inconsiderate. I asked her if they had a different finance option like this other place we heard of because we were really trying to figure out a way to buy the car there at Mckinney and she just texted us back that the other place sounded good and we should go try that- which wasn't what i was even wanting to do, i was trying to buy the car from McKinney and see if we could figure out a way to finance it there and she didn't even answer the question yes or no just told us to go elsewhere- so i guess that's what we'll do cause apparently we are not wanted over at McKinney so why would continue to even try and buy a car there? Very courteous We are very pleased with our 2007 Pacifica that we purchased 5 months ago from these nice people. We took it to the Chrysler place in Lugoff SC. Don't know when we will get it back. They have some mechanics out with the flu. Will be so glad to get it back. More
