force placing GAP insurance I went to McKinney dodge on 02-02-2016 and bought a 2010 minivan and the finance manager RUSS added GAP insurance to my loan without asking if I wante I went to McKinney dodge on 02-02-2016 and bought a 2010 minivan and the finance manager RUSS added GAP insurance to my loan without asking if I wanted it or explaining that it was not required to obtain the loan for said auto, not only did they charge me 609.00 for the GAP insurance but it added 12.00 per month in added interest to my loan that's 720.00 over 60 months, when I call them to complain they talk to me like a child and when they called back the finance manager talks over me for 18 minutes and then hangs up on me. will never do business with this dealer again, will not tell anyone to go there, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the south Carolina insurance commission as well. I'm sure this review will not be posted to McKinney dodges facebook page or here on dealer rater. More
