Rickey and his manager made several phone calls to the company and expedited the process, making it less painful. Overall Great Experience. My wife and I were looking at for a 3500 to pull a camper and we initially stopped by on a Sunday to look at vehicles on the lot. The dealer wasn't supposed to be open, but Mr. Tipp Lasseter was working and was a true professional (no pressure). We had our grandkids with us and he gave them a ride on the golf cart and they talked about that for days. When we got more serious about our car shopping we returned to McKinney and Mr. Paul Thomas assisted us and answered our questions and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. I feel the deal we got was a great deal and we love this truck. Gene Crane helped us find financing we needed and we were off and running in our new RAM 3500. Nest stop Camping World.
