Great car (SUV) buying experience! This was the second Jeep Patriot I bought at McKinney within the last year. Even though our first experience at McKinney was a good one, we did shop This was the second Jeep Patriot I bought at McKinney within the last year. Even though our first experience at McKinney was a good one, we did shop around to make sure we got the best deal. The other area Jeep dealer we went to kept trying to sell me a different (discontinued) model and wouldn't even talk about the vehicle we told him we were looking for. Things could not have been more different at McKinney. Paul Thomas (Tall Paul) listened to what we wanted and set about finding it for us. When a car with our desired option list couldn't be located, he had no problem ordering the car from Jeep. We got a great price. The estimated time for delivery of the new Jeep was 6-8 weeks but it showed up in only two weeks! Awesome service! I thought maybe they had located one after all but the window sticker read, "Custom built for Daniel XXXXXX". The purchase process could not have been smoother, it took less than 30 minutes! If you're looking for a Jeep, there is no need to shop around, just go to McKinney and ask for Tall Paul. More
