Best experience with a car purchase! Recently, I decided it was time to purchase a new car. I had been driving my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 14 years and knew I wanted another jeep. I Recently, I decided it was time to purchase a new car. I had been driving my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 14 years and knew I wanted another jeep. I did online searches to determine what I wanted, what fit my budget, and where I wanted to shop from. I walked onto the lot with a list of 7 vehicles from 6 different dealerships. I started at McKinney because it was local and my family had positive purchase history with them. Paul Thomas showed me all the "upgrades" the new Grand Cherokees had. He explained everything in simple terms. After test driving I decided this particular jeep fit my criteria and did not even bother with looking at the second jeep on my list at McKinney. The paperwork process went very smoothly. Paul Thomas and Gene Crane were both very helpful while they explained every detail. Paul took me on a tour of the dealership and maintenance dept. while my jeep was being detailed. I was introduced to Paul in the maintenance dept. and given detailed information regarding my maintenance package. Overall, I had a very positive experience with everyone I met during my purchase. We were very picky on what we were looking for .Brent was great answering our questions and determined he would find us the truck we wanted. Right before we were getting into our truck I spotted one and ask Brent about it. Brent told us it was a Great Truck but out of our price range.
