I wasn't there even for 2 minutes and I had two p The first thing I look at when I enter any business is how well the customer service atmosphere is. I wasn't there even for 2 minutes and I had two people approach me to ask if I needed assistance. The Customer Service was top notch. The person I worked with Daniel Holbrook was exceptionally kind and caring to work with me. He listened to what I could afford, what I couldn't afford and worked with me. There was no pressure which was noticed first thing. I have always heard of stories about how the dealership representatives always try to push you to your limit and get you to submit to them and pressure you into purchasing a vehicle at the price they want you to pay. So I entered the dealership with my game face on. I was ready to go all out on the offensive. I never was pressured which was noticed instantly. I will do business with again once I hit the lottery and get some money together. Oh and not to mention, I got a very good deal on a new vehicle, they did work with me on the price. And no, they didn't pay me to write this either. I want to thank Dan Holbrook for making me smile, for allowing me to obtain my dream car that I have wanted for years and years. A 2017 Dodge Charger.
