We had been to numerous Upstate dealerships, getting familiar with the Ram trucks, and decided to order one. Some sales personnel at other dealerships didn't even pronounce the options or model names correctly! Paul was not pushy, just really wanted us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. Tough deal on a new Ram My quest for a Ram R/T turned in to quite an adventure. First, there were very few on dealer lots to chose from. Next, I had a truck valued more then My quest for a Ram R/T turned in to quite an adventure. First, there were very few on dealer lots to chose from. Next, I had a truck valued more then the new R/T trucks, so needless to say, this would be an adventure. The only dealer with several of these trucks was McKinney Chrysler in Easley S.C, They were about a 2 hour drive from me. My first interactions were with Paul Thomas the internet manager. After several calls he assured me that it would be worth the drive to come and give them a shot. Upon arrival I was met by Natanael Lopez who turned out to be one of these nicest salespeople I have ever dealt with. Since this wasn't an easy deal to do I next met Sales Manager Richard Frazier. After going through the typical car deal mumbo-jumbo Richard really went out of his way to make this deal happen. He worked very hard to come to a deal he and I could both agree upon, and I must say it wasn't easy. He however used all the resources available and really went to bat for me to make the deal happen. I also dealt with parts & service before I left and they were very helpful and friendly as well. Kudos to Paul, Natanael, Richard, and McKinney Chrysler Jeep Dodge for making this happen.
