Riley was the best sales man ever! We had left the Chevy Dealership and they were trying to pressure us into not looking around and purchasing a vehicle right then that we could not aff We had left the Chevy Dealership and they were trying to pressure us into not looking around and purchasing a vehicle right then that we could not afford! They were extremely pushy! When we came to McKinney Dodge we told Riley we were going to look and go home and decide that night what we wanted to purchase. I had told Riley I did not want to be pressured into buying anything. He said he wouldn't do that! Which he did not do at all! He showed us every vehicle we were interested in and that we could afford. We ended up purchasing a truck that night and not going home and sleeping on it! The price tag was fantastic! I knew if we went home the truck may not have been there the next day! Gene did all of our financing and he was extremely friendly! We love our new truck! I had such a great experience at McKinney Dodge that I will never go to another dealership! We will need a car next year and this will be the only place we shop for now on! More

Misled by online sales team! Searching for a specific truck, contacted by the internet sales team and led to believe they had what I was searching for. Upon me declining to make the drive to their dealership stating their online inventory did not show any matches they approached from another angle. They told me they had 25% off MSRP! With that I told them I would consider the Laramie 3500 over the Longhorn based on what they did have on the lot and the fantastic discount. They asked for my address and zip code to work up sales price and quoted a price $5,000 higher than what it should have been. Upon calling them they quoted me a 2500, NOT a 3500 as discussed in multiple emails. When questioned (Kaja Earle) transferred me to her sales manager (Christine) who said it was up to 25% off. When I asked why I was misled and thanked them for the confusion she hung up the phone. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealer. Their staff are obviously lacking integrity and will try anything to try and sneak one by you! A couple of years ago their service department was spectacular to deal with. I hope the disease of dishonesty doesn't cross departments. More
