I drove over six (6) hours to do business at McKinney Dodge due to the fact that their inventory included a 2017 RAM 1500 4x4 with every feature/option I was diligently searching for. The salesman was very attentive to my needs knowing that I was making a remote purchase. He mailed all the paperwork using overnight postage along with a return envelope which included overnight return postage! When I arrived at the dealership for delivery the Staff were all very nice to me. My salesman Mr. Paul Thomas explained everything about the vehicle and the finance office explained the title paperwork. It was the most trouble free and stress fee vehicle purchase I have ever made. I was interested in the car in which I saw online I called the dealership and ask for the price of the car in which I was told that the price was nego I was interested in the car in which I saw online I called the dealership and ask for the price of the car in which I was told that the price was negotiable when I arrive I spoke with Nathaniel Perez who also indicated that the price could be lowered, he asked if I was going to trade a car I said no then he asked about going to put down a payment and I said yes. Preze later came back and said that they were offered me a warranty at the dealership at their cost. I agree to the asking price under the assumption that I was going to get in a extended warranty. I went home and when I did the math I noticed that the payments were incorrect. And to my surprise they included the warranty at my cost I was very dissatisfied cuz that's not what we negotiated but I was also at fault because I should have read the fine print and it was not explained to me during the final signing of the documentation. I feel that I was taking advantage of and that they did not really fully explain to me I still payed full price for the car. I should have also brought someone with me and it shouldn't have taken upon myself to go by myself I feel that this dealership is good but the salesman poorly represented the company. I still love my car I m a stage 4 cancer patient And did not have to go through all the stress they put on me. But I do believe in karma and they took advantage of me what goes around comes around. And the black guy that did the finance was very rude. Perez also told me that they will fill my car up which they didn't he sent me a $15 QT gas card which still cost me an additional $25.00 to fill up. It shouldn't be hard just to do the right thing about people.This will be the last car I will ever purchase and my experience terrible. More
