Best experience ever I have been a ford man almost my whole life. Last year I was in a rearend collision it left me with a serious back injury,whiplash and nerve damage to I have been a ford man almost my whole life. I had tried several to get out of that car because going that low to the ground causes my back to spasm and I fall. I even show my MRI results. Still no help. I contacted Christine on the phone and without any hesitation she set up my appointment and after testdriving my new 2017 Ram 1500 I left in the truck of my choice with a smile and no more falling and getting hurt. She done what all other dealerships wouldn't do and it's help a person when they need help. A very delightful and positive experience! From the moment I walked onto McKinney Dodge I could tell it was going to be more of an experience than a business transaction. I was greeted after ab From the moment I walked onto McKinney Dodge I could tell it was going to be more of an experience than a business transaction. I was greeted after about 5 minutes of being on the premises by Mr. Dan Holbrook. I already had my eye on the Jeep I left with that day and he seemed to be very happy that I was already locked on my target vehicle. He got me all set up and we took a test drive. We had many conversations together on our drive and it seemed more like we were old friends than just a few guys making a deal. When we got back he did everything in his power to get the things I asked for on my side of the deal. He came back with as close as he could with what I had asked for from my Mustang. Then he even went the extra mile and got me a military discount added on to the transaction. Overall I was extremely satisfied to leave that day.
