Single cancer patients beware. I was interested in the car in which I saw online I called the dealership and ask for the price of the car in which I was told that the price was nego I was interested in the car in which I saw online I called the dealership and ask for the price of the car in which I was told that the price was negotiable when I arrive I spoke with Nathaniel Perez who also indicated that the price could be lowered, he asked if I was going to trade a car I said no then he asked about going to put down a payment and I said yes. Preze later came back and said that they were offered me a warranty at the dealership at their cost. I agree to the asking price under the assumption that I was going to get in a extended warranty. I went home and when I did the math I noticed that the payments were incorrect. And to my surprise they included the warranty at my cost I was very dissatisfied cuz that's not what we negotiated but I was also at fault because I should have read the fine print and it was not explained to me during the final signing of the documentation. I feel that I was taking advantage of and that they did not really fully explain to me I still payed full price for the car. I should have also brought someone with me and it shouldn't have taken upon myself to go by myself I feel that this dealership is good but the salesman poorly represented the company. I still love my car I m a stage 4 cancer patient And did not have to go through all the stress they put on me. But I do believe in karma and they took advantage of me what goes around comes around. And the black guy that did the finance was very rude. Perez also told me that they will fill my car up which they didn't he sent me a $15 QT gas card which still cost me an additional $25.00 to fill up. It shouldn't be hard just to do the right thing about people.This will be the last car I will ever purchase and my experience terrible. More

Over the years I have purchased Chevrolet's, GMC, Pontiac, Saturns, Kia, BMW and none was as easy as working with Mike and the McKinney Dodge Team. Riley was the best sales man ever! We had left the Chevy Dealership and they were trying to pressure us into not looking around and purchasing a vehicle right then that we could not aff We had left the Chevy Dealership and they were trying to pressure us into not looking around and purchasing a vehicle right then that we could not afford! They were extremely pushy! When we came to McKinney Dodge we told Riley we were going to look and go home and decide that night what we wanted to purchase. I had told Riley I did not want to be pressured into buying anything. He said he wouldn't do that! Which he did not do at all! He showed us every vehicle we were interested in and that we could afford. We ended up purchasing a truck that night and not going home and sleeping on it! The price tag was fantastic! I knew if we went home the truck may not have been there the next day! Gene did all of our financing and he was extremely friendly! We love our new truck! I had such a great experience at McKinney Dodge that I will never go to another dealership! We will need a car next year and this will be the only place we shop for now on! More

Misled by online sales team! Searching for a specific truck, contacted by the internet sales team and led to believe they had what I was searching for. Upon me declining to make Searching for a specific truck, contacted by the internet sales team and led to believe they had what I was searching for. Upon me declining to make the drive to their dealership stating their online inventory did not show any matches they approached from another angle. They told me they had 25% off MSRP! With that I told them I would consider the Laramie 3500 over the Longhorn based on what they did have on the lot and the fantastic discount. They asked for my address and zip code to work up sales price and quoted a price $5,000 higher than what it should have been. Upon calling them they quoted me a 2500, NOT a 3500 as discussed in multiple emails. When questioned (Kaja Earle) transferred me to her sales manager (Christine) who said it was up to 25% off. When I asked why I was misled and thanked them for the confusion she hung up the phone. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealer. Their staff are obviously lacking integrity and will try anything to try and sneak one by you! A couple of years ago their service department was spectacular to deal with. I hope the disease of dishonesty doesn't cross departments. More

Went in hoping for the best, and got it! My husband I went to McKinney today looking at a paticular car we had seen online. Do your research before I went to this dealership with the intent to purchase a 2012 Chevy volt for $12,995 with 64,436 miles on it. The sales person told me that there are f I went to this dealership with the intent to purchase a 2012 Chevy volt for $12,995 with 64,436 miles on it. The sales person told me that there are fewer than 3 of these vehicles west of the Mississippi that matched the price and quality of this vehicle. After pointing out several vehicles located in Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Florida, and Maryland listed on cars.com and autotrader.com that were of similar quality and a lower price the salesman balked. The most similar comparison was listed in Savannah Georgia same make and model with 58,791 miles listed at $11,909. I placed an offer at $11,400 given that the car had more miles than a comparable car and that I was going to pay in cash. I then spoke several days later with a manager who when given this same information told me that they would not reduce the price because of what they had in the car they would be "giving it away". I did my research showed them comparable vehicles within a reasonable distance and was willing to negotiate based on the market value of the car. McKinney Dodge would not move an inch on pricing when shown that their valuation exceeded the market's. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. More
