Outstanding Service Experience with Paul ! I purchased a new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Crewcab 4x4 and Paul was the Service Advisor I was introduced to. Since then, Paul is my go to contact person for all my service needs, questions and concerns. Paul is an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly person and has always scheduled me promptly and had all my service needs fixed quickly and correctly the first time. All the mechanics are awesome as well and this is the first dealership I have found that can actually fix any problem correctly the first time. I am 74 years old and that should be a compliment to be taken seriously by anyone seeking to use McKinney Dodge as a first time customer. Paul has added a no stress experience to my service needs and that is important as I am a disabled US Navy Vietnam era veteran with PTSD. and added stress is something I try to avoid. Paul has improved my quality of life due to the fact he has honestly and professionally handled all my service needs in a stress free manner. Easy purchasing experience, decent price. Several weeks after being involved in a serious collision, I began looking for a new vehicle to replace my demolished truck. After visiting 3 dealers near me (Columbia area), I found Mckinney Dodge. Although 90 minutes away, I went there because: 1) They had several trucks that fit my needs, 2) They actually seemed interested in selling me a truck (unlike my local dealers) and 3) Their initial price reductions seemed reasonable. The buying experience was painless with Mike Skinner and I purchased a new Ram 1500. In hindsight and after talking with some friends who bought Rams around the same time, I feel that I could have negotiated a little better deal, but I was still beat up from my injuries and tired of talking to sales people, so that's on me, not the dealer. I was just not up to the hard bargaining game that day! Since purchase I have had one warranty issue that Mike and Derek Smith (service) handled quickly and efficiently while I waited. I highly recommend Mike Skinner if you are buying and so far the service department seems very good. More
