McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I began looking at cars on the McKinney website and saw many trucks that interested me. I drove there to look around and was greeted by Mr. Sorrow. I explained to him that I knew I didn't have great credit many trucks that interested me. I drove there to look around and was greeted by Mr. Sorrow. I explained to him that I knew I didn't have great credit built up because I was young and stated that I knew I would need a Co signer. That did not stop Mr. Sorrow from providing me with excellent customer service. He walked up and down the lot with me opening trucks and showing me them explaining the vehicle details. I then found a vehicle I really liked and it was right in my price range(2011 Dodge Ram 1500). Mr. Sorrow kindly let me take this vehicle for a test drive. I fell in love with the vehicle and we proceeded to paperwork. I got my father to come to the dealership to Co sign and about an hour and a half later I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. If there are words to explain what a great experience I had with McKinney and Mr. Sorrow, they would be: fast, friendly, considerate, caring, and efficient. I will never buy a car from another lot other than McKinney thanks to the great experience I had with Mr. Sorrow. More

My wife and I had a great buyer experience at McKinney, it's our third vehicle purchased there. The salesmen are courtious and highly knowledgable of the Chrysler products they are selling. The whole team did a great job during the sale of our Chryser 300, no pressure during the shopping process and they saved us money by beating my wifes credit union financing by a full 2%, doesn't sound like much, but in these tough economic times every little bit helps. The only thing I could possibly ding them for is they are quick to put a dealer plate on the front bumper, I can't stand a plate on the front bumper, it leaves two holes in the bumper after you remove it.
