I bought my Mazda from McKinney in 2008 and have only had it serviced by McKinney. The service department is outstanding! In the past, I have always used dealerships to service my vehicles & was always confu it serviced by McKinney. The service department is outstanding! Every person there calls me by my name & is very helpful, friendly and explains my vehicle to me in a way even I can understand! :) I am wanting to trade in for a bigger vehicle & will definitely be buying at McKinney and I am so completely happy with the service department! We had been considering buying a Mazda CX-9 for a couple of months and had visited a couple of other dealerships. McKinney had the best selection, and when we stopped by one afternoon Riley Whitmire showed of months and had visited a couple of other dealerships. McKinney had the best selection, and when we stopped by one afternoon Riley Whitmire showed us all the features and allowed us to take a test drive. We went back the next week and purchased our new Mazda. Riley was great to work with, absolutely no pressure in making sale, very imformative and honest with his information. Scott McKinney also helped make the sale easy and enjoyable. We would recommend this dealership (especially Riley and Scott) to anyone. LOVE my Mazda CX-9!!! More

Riley Whitmire was extremely helpful with everything. He showed me the Dodge Journey (which is what I stopped to look at) and told me my options. I signed the papers that day and drove off in my brand new Dodge Journey. I am very happy with my purchase and very pleased with the service I received. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. Scott and Russ were a huge help as well. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership and these guys (Riley, Scott & Russ) to everyone. More
I went into the dealership to just look because I was desperate for a new car. I didn't expect to be able to get a new car because my credit score wasn't strong enough. I talked to Riley previously on the phone about what my chances were and decided to take a trip on by. My intentions that day were to just look and see where and I stood. I didn't think the odds were going to look to good for me so I didn't want to get my hopes up. They were actually able to put me in the car I wanted that day within a reasonable price range. Might I add, they were determined to get me in the car that I wanted and were working hard to find a bank to sign for me. I greatly appreciated their help! I left that dealership one happy girl! My wife and I were on vacation from Florida in South Carolina when I started having car problems with my 2006 Dodge Durango. Took it into the McKinney dealership on Saturday morning. Met by Service Writ Carolina when I started having car problems with my 2006 Dodge Durango. Took it into the McKinney dealership on Saturday morning. Met by Service Writer Kevin Soroka. First impression - friendly, courteous, very clean looking service area. My car was promptly taken into the service area for diagnostics. Findings turned out to be the water pump. Was given an estimate for both repair time and cost. Kevin then offered a loaner car so my wife and I could go to breakfast while repairs were being made. Incredible! You would never find that type service in the Orlando area. Repairs were made ahead of time and within the cost estimate provided. What a wonderful experience. The dealership, specifically, Kevin Soroka turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience on the road into a non event. Having worked in the service industry for 40 years, I must admit that this was probably one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences I've ever had. A great dealership, with quality, customer service oriented employees. My wife and I would hope that this survey will be reviewed by management at McKinney Dodge and that Kevin Soroka will receive the credit he is due. Outstanding customer service!! More
I had a very positive and satisfying buying experience when I purchased a used vehicle from McKinney Dodge in Easley, SC. I had been shopping for a particular car and had visited several big car dealerships in the Upstate. At these dealerships, I was either ignored or was subject to high pressure sales tactics. (At one dealership I stood on the lot for 10 minutes without anyone assisting me. So I left) I found the kind of car I wanted at McKinney Dodge. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, Riley Whitmire met me. He went above and beyond my expectations and I purchased the vehicle from him that day. Riley displays all the good characteristics of a good salesman. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to accommodate me. He clearly is very passionate about his job and loves his work. Riley has called me a couple of times since the sale to follow up with me. Riley made this one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had and I'm sure the McKinney brothers must be confident in their continued success with good people like Riley on their staff. PS. To the McKinney brothers. If you read this, please do me a favor and thank Riley on my behalf. I've thanked him myself, but it may be more meaningful to him if it came from you. More
