I bought my Mazada5 about a year ago. I have always had a great experiences at the service department. John has always been polite and very friendly. I own a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500. The paint is peeling off of the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. The truck was purchased out of state, but I have had service the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. Paul Hostak and the Service Manager were very eager to make sure the problem was resolved. They replaced the rear differential cover, and repainted the front transfer case cover. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to please their customers. I will continue to recommend McKinney Dodge to others. More
