McKinney exemplifies personal ser customer service is. Dealing with Lands' End, JC Penney and others, I had to maintain a level of professionalism. Most dealers that I visited were sloppy, the cars were dirty, and they were totally unprepared to make a sale. This was not the case at McKinney.
