We came in at a busy time, and Massai came to greet us very quickly. He listened to what we wanted, gave us a very similar car to test drive, and then answered all of our questions. Over the next several days, he was immediately available by phone to answer questions, and when the exact car we wanted was not available, he offered to order one from the factory at the same terms he had negotiated with us for one on the lot. We have been McKevitt customers for 30 years, and this is the third car we have bought there, though this is our first time working with Massai. We have also had all our service done here, and have been very happy with the care that we have received for our cars and ourselves. They analysed my concerns and then contacted the warranty carrier, obtained a loaner rental while the car was repaired (over Easter). When I inspected the work, it was all done as per the invoice, the car was still clean, and when driven the concerns were fixed. The extra matching strut was replaced as per my instruction, at the same (lower) price as insurance company paid, without McKevitt being asked to do this. All the service people, including the guys who actually work on my car, know me by name and always are cheerful and helpful. McKevitt is the BEST dealer service interaction I have ever had, not once but over the long haul. More
