Great service experience. Wonderful experience. They were not pushy and were understanding that I was in a time crunch and did an amazing job getting me in and out for my oil change. My Encore had a fan issue 3 days before Christmas. I was told service was booked until the following Monday. Accepted the appointment. Vehicle would not start upon leaving. Left the Encore and Justin, said told service was booked until the following Monday. Accepted the appointment. Vehicle would not start upon leaving. Left the Encore and Justin, said he'd try and fit it in their schedule. He did and had the car back in 2 days. If the outstanding service continues, I'll continue to return. More

Justin was having a 'rushed' morning. Was a little short and defensive when I walked back to check on Jeep readiness.
