Pleasant experience with everyone was encountered at the dealership. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle detail especially when I purchased the truck on a Friday & didn't take de dealership. The engine was not cleaned, the truck bed still had dirt & dust from previous owner, bugs were not cleaned off the front end or mirrors, tires were not cleaned/scrubbed completely & all tires did not have tire shine. I feel it was a rushed detail job which it shouldn't have been with purchasing the truck on a Friday & not take delivery until the following Tuesday. I was also disappointed dealership did not provide full tank of fuel. When I inquired, I was told a full take of fuel is not provided unless the fuel is at 1/4 tank or less, my truck was just under 1/2 tank. After spending $56,000 on a vehicle, I feel the dealership should provide a full tank of fuel. More

My prior dealership had a $50 deductible that was waived if you used their dealership for any extended warranty issues.
