I initially reserved an incoming Sierra HD Denali Ultimate in my 2nd choice color from the closer Pensacola GMC dealer, but literally had to drive to the dealership multiple times to get the salesman Ultimate in my 2nd choice color from the closer Pensacola GMC dealer, but literally had to drive to the dealership multiple times to get the salesman to answer my phone call/messages. Thankfully, I got super lucky, and called McKenzie, the next town over, out of frustration, and a preorder in the color I wanted had been made available that very day. From that point on, Joel went above and beyond, completing 95% of the deal over text and phone, and always texted me back to answer any questions almost immediately, even on a Sunday. I didn’t have to drive over there until my truck was delivered, and it was a much quicker than normal process to seal the deal. Night and day comparison to their competitors. They have earned my respect. More
