I would like to start out my saying my sales experience here was excellent Mike Norwood was a excellent salesman great experience however 4 months later I am very disappointed in my treatmen. I have a 2022 here was excellent Mike Norwood was a excellent salesman great experience however 4 months later I am very disappointed in my treatmen. I have a 2022 encore GX that I was told needed the chip for the heated seats and that it would be available in October and they would contact me when it came in in December I called no chip called again in January for the 2nd time I was told they had to order it and would be available in 2 weeks. I finally have heated seats only because I contacted them not the other way around as it should have been. Now for the biggest problem I noticed places on my hood and after inspection realized my now 5 month old car has paint chipped off all the way to the metal all around the hood including close to the windshield so I drove my car all the way up there and was told by service manager that rocks had hit my car and that's what did this I explained to him that a paint job that's 5 months old should not be coming off like this and he refused to fix it I am now forced to get my 5 month old cars hood painted to avoid rust from building up and more paint coming off so buyers beware there is a defect in the paint on the encores and don't buy anything from mckenzie they will not stand behind there vehicles. More
