My buying experience at McKenzie Motors From the moment that we pulled into the used car lot, we were welcomed by a very nice salesman, Tom Gamewell. We looked at a very nice vehicle that I had viewed on-LINE several times. We were given a complete review of the vehicle. We didn't purchase the vehicle that day but returned the next week and did so. We had no problems with any of the staff and the buying process went smoothly. We have a small problem with the way the vehicle runs, but we've mentioned it to a staff member and if it doesn't even out we will schedule a visit with the maintenance dept and I' m sure we will receive the same good service as before. McKenzie motors is.an excellent place to shop. More
was told car had new oil changed they lied. was not permited to take car on interstate on way home number 4 cylinder had misfire ended up being bad gas. shocks an had new oil changed they lied. was not permited to take car on interstate on way home number 4 cylinder had misfire ended up being bad gas. shocks and struts bad (replaced cost me over 800 dollars )so total i have spent over a 1,500 on things needing fixed my bad should have known better than buying a used car and taking someones word . on 4 wheel alinemment rear left tire is out neg 2.3 degrees at closer look i think car has 2 different rear windows car fax said no wrecks my bad when i get it fixed it will be a nice car . but i will never buy a car from them again KEVIN HORST More
I bought a used Mini Cooper. My sales man Tom was excellent and very patient. While not knowledgeable of my car, understandable since it wasn’t a GMC. However, when I left, that evening I noticed a l excellent and very patient. While not knowledgeable of my car, understandable since it wasn’t a GMC. However, when I left, that evening I noticed a light was out. I called immediately and Tom tried to help me but service dept wouldn’t respond. After several follow up with Tom, took 3 days to finally here from service. I called the sales manager to complain about this. Selling a used car with a certified inspection, there shouldn’t be a light out. Sales manager told me he knows there is a problem with service dept. I finally got my lights fixed after two visits. Service person told me she learned a lot about my car, yet didn’t order the part so I had to go back again. They did right by me by fixing it free of cost and apparently there are bad reviews about the service dept. but HEY McKenzie, if you know there are problems with service, FIX IT! More
