I shopped many dealers before I found the exact truck I wanted. Luckily I called Mark at McKenzie in Milton. Since I live about 550 miles away I had to depend on honesty from someone I did not know. To my surprise both Mark and Woody were more than honest. They we’re committed to make everything work for me. They delivered everything they said they would and then some. They did exactly what and when and how they said they would. You can’t get that where I’m from. The day after the sale I discovered a flaw in the truck. Most dealers would have said it was my fault but not McKenzie. Without question they wanted me to bring it back for repair. Again I was surprised at the quickness and desire to make it right. As I was leaving they told me if I had any problems or needed anything at all to call them.
