The sales department was awesome. Jewell was amazing. I couldn't recommend either on highly enough. They truly went over and above to make our experience the best it could be. The only issue we had was that the service department didn't give us a chance to get the personal belongings out of our trade before they got rid of it, and we lost some sentimental items. But I have faith that's a process that will be worked about and then will be fine in the future. These are some of the nicest people ever. More
