We dealt with Trevor who was as fine a salesperson as I have encountered in my twenty some cars that I have purchased. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in every facet of the sale. They LIE! I got a 2016 BMW from them, and they kept saying how well the car was taken care of and their inspections were done, and they found nothing wrong. Ok, I drove the car, and it ran great, the problem is that the left taillight assembly needs to be replaced, the radio does not play, and the driver side air vent comes out when you turn on the air or heat. They even sent me a report on having fixed my problem and my car has not even been in their service department because they have never called me to bring it in. Making the service receipt false/fake. Salesperson was amazing but limited as to what he could do being in the position that he was in. Limited knowledge of the vehicle. If the inspection of the vehicle had been done properly as they said it was, then the problems should have been fixed or mentioned before I acquired the vehicle. It's a shame that a sixty-dollar taillight assembly cost McKenzie business as I will never refer a single soul to that dealership. The service department plays a big role in my buying a car and if I would have known how much this place lies about things I would never have purchased a car from them. More
