My family and I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at GMC McKenzie. We are a military family, and we arrived pre-approved through our credit union, ready to purchase a GMC AT unprofessional experience at GMC McKenzie. We are a military family, and we arrived pre-approved through our credit union, ready to purchase a GMC AT4X that same morning. All we asked for was the final out-the-door price in writing and to have the OPTIONAL McKenzie Advantage plan ($675) removed before signing. Instead of receiving basic courtesy and transparency, we were met with unacceptable behavior from the General Manager, Mike Warner. He refused to sit down and speak with us, shut the door mid-conversation, and was verbally condescending, even pointing at me and sarcastically saying, “See, she knows best.” This took place in front of my two young sons, who watched their mother be dismissed and talked down to. His behavior was completely unacceptable, especially in front of his own employees and other potential customers. What should have been a positive milestone for our family quickly became a discouraging and disappointing experience. Because of this treatment, we will not be purchasing from GMC McKenzie and will not recommend this dealership to other families or members of our community. Highly recommend taking your business anywhere else but here! More
