Leroy was in service and now moved into sales. He is very likable and personable. We did negotiate to a compromise of price. I had my Honda Element for 13 years and am hoping for another good run on this Honda. We had an a/c issue that the service diagnosed and fixed to full satisfaction. My Service Advisor was: Wesley Gibby. My Service Technician was David Miller. I recommend this dealership & especially Leroy Bringe. More

Thoughtful customer service I traveled about 250 miles to check out a hard to find car they had in stock. Upon arrival Lamont recognized my out of state tag and greeted me by nam I traveled about 250 miles to check out a hard to find car they had in stock. Upon arrival Lamont recognized my out of state tag and greeted me by name. He also, thoughtfully directed me to the restroom before anything else. That stuck me as being very customer focused rather than trying to lay a sales pitch as I stepped out of the car. The salesman I worked with, David, was very personable and relaxed so there was little pressure. Although the car was not the right one for me I can genuinely recommend these folks to anyone just based on the 30 minutes I was there. More

Dealer and Management Recommendation I purchased my first Honda from McKenney-Salinas Honda in October of 1996, a year after moving from Atlanta. My wife still drives that automobile. I I purchased my first Honda from McKenney-Salinas Honda in October of 1996, a year after moving from Atlanta. My wife still drives that automobile. I have purchased numerous Honda vehicles in the past 21 years from this dealership including a 2009 Accord EX coupe, a 2013 Honda Accord EX sedan, and on March 10th, a 2017 Honda Civic LX sedan. I have dealt with Bobby Ford, Sales Manager, and Eddie Jarvis for many years and trust both implicitly. In fact, I purchased two or three automobiles from Bobby before he was promoted to Sales Manager, and at that time he transferred me over to Eddie and I have seen no drop off in attention whatsoever. I have all my service performed at this dealership, and every time I go in for service I always visit with those two gentlemen. I have not patronized any other dealership in over ten years and now I own only Honda vehicles, having disposed of two luxury vehicles over the years and now I deal exclusively with this dealership.
