Exceptional dealership. Beautiful building, awesomely decorated, courteous staff. No sales pitches, made the facts easy to understand, patient and helpful. Then they had a tech person explain how all the bells and whistles worked. He sat in the car explaining everything to us for almost an hour. I've bought and sold many cars in my lifetime, and this was truly the most positive experience I've had at a dealership. Once I decided it was a Subaru I wanted to purchase and which model, I went straight to Chris Stranger to help out who ended up finding exactly what I wanted in San Diego and had it up to Huntington Beach the next day. Thank you so much for caring about your customer! No weird car sales man vibes from this guy! The car even came with free lifetime car washes and a free parking pass for a year at HB city beach parking lots- a score being a surfer! Also, thank you Richie for taking the time to walk me through step by step how the technology works in my new car! More

Overall service at this dealer is horrible, I should say beyond horrible, they lied and disrespected us and literally cussed at us and didn't make a deal when we were asked to give a good review to them and we refused to do so then when they got a bad yelp review instead of having management contact and apologize to us they made up a bunch of B.S and lied about the whole thing online.
