Everyone hates buying a used car. At least, I do. There's always the assumption that, from the person who greets you at the door to the salesman, to the finance director, to the perso At least, I do. There's always the assumption that, from the person who greets you at the door to the salesman, to the finance director, to the person who hands you the keys to your new-old wheels, someone's whole job at the dealership is to Rip You Off. I'm pleased to report that my McKenna experience was the complete opposite. No reneged promises, no bait and switch, no xx whatsoever. It was a straight forward, top-class experience all the way. After the sale I needed digital copies of my contract and the Finance Dept. got them to me within minutes. And to top it off, we received a nice note of gratitude for the sale from Danny McKenna, the dealership's owner. It was nice to feel appreciated as a customer. It showed a real difference between his dealership and so many others. More
