Horrible experience Horrible dealership everything was a headache. Had an appointment 1.5 hours away to see the car and get a call saying someone else was there putting a Horrible dealership everything was a headache. Had an appointment 1.5 hours away to see the car and get a call saying someone else was there putting a credit app in for it but I can give a deposit on the phone and not to come yet. I went anyway. Car was dirty, battery was dead and nobody had touched it. Get a call 3 days later being offered the price I wanted. Called back with credit card in hand and salesman said he would call me right back and never called back. Just went there few days later and made the deal anyway. Car wasn’t even put through the shop despite being there for 3 months. Next morning the MIL (check engine) came on. They couldn’t fix it, agreed to pay local dealer to fix it. Said they would reimburse me. Had to chase them for the check they said had been mailed but wasn’t. Finally got it after a few weeks. They said they would FedEx my tags to me when they came in. After 2 months called them and they were there. They said they would be overnighted to me and to be home to sign for them. Never came after sitting home all day. Called and was told they should be there the next day wouldn’t give me tracking # (they didn’t send them yet). When they arrived I saw they sat at the dealer for 3 weeks. Actual cost was less than what I paid for estimated so I was owed the difference. They tried to say $35 difference was for shipping then got an attitude and just sent me a check More

Timing IS Everything I have been looking for newer CTS for my wife, for about 6 to 9 months. She wanted, like most people, low mileage, well equipped, all wheel drive. We I have been looking for newer CTS for my wife, for about 6 to 9 months. She wanted, like most people, low mileage, well equipped, all wheel drive. We found a Bronze Dune Metallic CTS at McGuire, 10,000 miles, AWD, with almost all the bells and whistles, for what we thought was a very reasonable price. Our sales Rep , Jody, was great. She took a deposit, had the car prepped for us when we got there, bought it without a test drive. They helped with a couple of minor issues, and away we went. Sam , Mr. Paperwork, was helpful, patient, informative , a true professional. Mark, the general manager came over to introduce himself, another great guy.
