His expertise and willingness to expedite all the necessary transactions enabled us to drive home the same day with our new Cadillac. It is "personal" for Al. He connects on a level of understanding of the customer's needs. His demeanor and warm personality, coupled with his humor made this experience the best we have ever had. Al even stayed late into the evening, to make sure everything went well. On a very cold and windy evening Al even was out there transferring all of our belongings from our old Cadillac into the new one. He then sat with us for as long as we needed, to get set up with OnStar...and then he proceeded to walk us through the entire CUE system....a real challenge for Al because we are not as "tech" savvy as we should be. My husband and I would like to express our appreciation for the kindness and incredible patience Al had with us, especially after a long day.
