Simply an outstanding experience I've been leasing vehicles since 1990, nearly 25 years. I've probably purchased and or leased 40 vehicles. I was a long time customer of Reedman in I've been leasing vehicles since 1990, nearly 25 years. I've probably purchased and or leased 40 vehicles. I was a long time customer of Reedman in Pennsylvania however they were sold a few years back and they changed their model. What did I love most about their model? No hassle sales experience and a finance area that didn't try selling you the kitchen sink. I've purchased and leased Cadillac's before however not at McGuire. I recently said to my self "why not McGuire". So I took a ride over the Outerbridge to visit the dealership. Within 30 minutes I selected a car and was stunned with regards to the professionalism, and cleanliness of the dealership. Not only did I select the car, I left the dealership the very same day in less than 2 hours. It took 2 hours because they provided me with breakfast, called my car rental company (I had a rental with me) had them pick up the rental, called my insurance company and also obtained my loan during the very same visit. So it was time to sign the paperwork and yes since I had leased so many vehicles I was ready for the finance persons sales pitch. Well guess what? There wasn't any. Yes of course he informed me of what's available however no pressure at all and the closing process was as smooth as possible. I left the dealership wondering "why in the world would ANYONE from Staten Island not purchase their Cadillac from McGuire?". Makes no sense for someone to drive further away from Staten Island (like Gold Coast?) to purchase their car. McGuire has me as a customer going forward. They are my first stop when it comes to leaving the island. Great job McGuire!!! More

Purchase of New Vehicle I have been purchasing Cadillacs since 1984. I have never found an agency that was more consumer oriented than McGuire.
