No Fuss, no muss, No Hassel I was the proud lessee of a 2013 Cadillac ATS4 . Being meticulous about my cars I always service them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. I was the proud lessee of a 2013 Cadillac ATS4 . Being meticulous about my cars I always service them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. That being said I had my ATS serviced at McGuire Cadillac. I found the service department to be most accommodating (Billy, Ellis and Rich) My ATS was nearing the end of the lease when Rich suggested that he introduce me to the proprietor Regan. Regan spoke with me for a while regarding families and then introduced me ti the G.M. Jerry who could not be more kind and helpful. Jerry introduced me to one of his sales associates names Al who showed me the SRX4 both inside and out. it was the car I was looking for. During my conversations I let Regan, Jerry and Al know that the price drives the deal, not location and that I had shopped prices at three nearby dealerships. Regan assured me that the SRX would be priced right. Regan provided me with the lease cost and I found that all three dealers were within $10. of each other. I decided at this time I would wait to see if any of the three dealers would call be back. Several days passed and Regan called me and said I am not calling to be a pain, however I can save you a substantial amount on the monthly payments. He continued to say that GM just released an additional incentive of $2000. WOW what a savings. I wondered why the other dealers did not call me, common sense told me that they wanted to keep the $2K and not pass it on to me. Their loss of a sale and McGuire's and my gain. McGuire Cadillac and I made the deal for much less then previously discussed with the three dealerships. The paperwork was prepared closed by Sam. (No Fuss, No Muss, No Hassle!) The SRX delivery was OUTSTANDING in all aspects. McGuire Cadillac is GREAT for SERVICE, SALES and sales follow up. . More
