When I first arrived at the dealership, I was interested in a particular ATS I'd seen online. Consistent with this entire summer, this particular day was clear skies, sunny, and temps in the 90s. Jodie met me in the showroom, and was very kind, gracious and professional. After going to look at the car, I discovered that there was a model sitting next to it that I was more interested in. Despite the heat, Jodie went back into the dealership, got those keys, and spoke extensively with me about the vehicle and its features. After a test drive, I was sold. Adding to our positive experience was the friendliness and professionalism Sam exhibited in stepping us through all the paperwork, information on warranties, etc. Signing contracts and tons of paperwork are rarely enjoyable, but Sam made it as positive an experience as it could be. By the time we headed out to the car, it was going on 9 p.m., yet Jodie waited for me and my family, and spent the next 25-30 minutes or so walking me through the car's features, and helping me to program the computers to my likings. Then, Jodie called our home two days later just to ask if everything was going okay, and if there was anything else we needed. So, that's it... not only are we sold on the beautiful vehicle we just purchased, but McGuire's people have ensured that when it's time to trade up or purchase again, they can be sure we're coming to see them, and we'll definitely recommend them to others. He was very responsive and focused which was reassuring, Bob also took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as Bluetooth, Onstar etc, and went over every single button and options in my new Escalade. However, Sam Kolenovic started very casually speaking to me about the incentives that were in place to buy. The conversation was very informal with out pressure. He answered my questions and informed of my options. Treated me with respect and dignity. This feel especially crucial as my credit was less than perfect. He also went to bat for me to obtain the best deal possible but it was all in the spirit of what was best for me. He wasn't solely trying to sell a car but I felt that he had my best interest at heart. Bob Jacobson was also very helpful.
