What a pleasure it was dealing with both Sam Kolenovic The business manager for which he went over all the options that where offered, and Bob Jacobson my salesman both of them where extremely professional and knowledgeable. After all the paperwork was completed Bob went over everything about the car and would not leave until I understood it for which I am the type of person that has a problem turning on a cell phone. I strongly recommend McGuire Cadillac it was truly a great experience. More

Excellent Purchase Experience This was the second vehicle I have leased from the dealership. The last was about a year and half agoo and was in an accident where the car was totale This was the second vehicle I have leased from the dealership. The last was about a year and half agoo and was in an accident where the car was totaled. Luckily I walked away without any real injuries, just some bruises. Bob Jacobsen made the purchase an easy experience and even more pleasant than the first. Which by the way was excellent as well. Sam Kolenovic made the signing of the papers to complete the deal as easy as can be and took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this dealership and have to friends and family already. More

Thank you, mostly good experience I was looking to trade in my older CTS for a newer car. I enjoyed test driving the ATS and Bob helped me find the ATS that worked for my budget. Sam K I was looking to trade in my older CTS for a newer car. I enjoyed test driving the ATS and Bob helped me find the ATS that worked for my budget. Sam Kolenovic was great too, they both made sure I got the best financing possible and I felt confident in their assistance. They made the process easy and stress free. My only compliant about this dealership was the first time I called. I was very excited to see there were a lot of cars in inventory that I was interested in. The first salesman I spoke with was SO blase and actually tried convincing me NOT to buy an ATS. He told me they were "intro in Cadillac cars" and if I was used to a CTS that I wouldn't like it. That just was NOT a great intro into a dealership. I felt so deflated after that call I almost didn't come for a test drive. I really like the ATS and its sportiness, here this guy is on my first call there convincing me not to buy one! They almost lost my sale to Pine Belt Cadillac but I requested a different salesman and it worked out. I appreciated Bob helping me and he seemed happy to get me into a sportier ATS. Bob and Sam were great but there does seem to be a lack of overall friendliness and enthusiasm here. Everyone else I dealt with was kinda stand offish More
